This final version has been completely reimagined as a contemporary, gypsy-style folk opera with incredible gypsy/classical acoustic guitar backing throughout, as well as being strongly influenced by rock operas and concept albums from the 1970's - 1980's period. It includes several vocal styles and ranges from the 'adventurous youth' of the 1970's, through his troubled and tortured years, to the 'Elder Self of today' reflecting back on his life and narrating his past experiences prior to his final journey 'home' to where life began.
Note: The Triskele is an ancient symbol representing the ever-revolving 3-fold passage of time (life/death/rebirth) that continues spiraling endlessly until we choose to return to source... the 'One-Self' at the still, timeless centre of all-being in the heart of the Triskele.

SYLVANSONGS
Following the successful conclusion of LIFE STORY, I have just completed and released a new version of the music from Life Story as a fusion of genres based on the songs 'Threshold' and 'Gaia Calls' from the original. The new album is titled SylvanSongs and is strongly influenced from the avant-garde 1960's 'Counter-Culture' movement. It includes more Indian Sub-Continent sitar and tabla instrumentation and styling, as well as a more 'hypnotic' psychedelic sound using vocal reverb and drone effects that draw you in to the more spiritual aspects of the music.
