Skye and I travelled together up the East Coast of Australia, living as free spirits where all that matter to us was love, laughter, and adventure. Skye taught me all about the hippy lifestyle after I left the army and we met up on the road while hitch-hiking. As well as dressing 'wrong' she felt that I also needed a much more suitable hippy name and chose to call me simply Freedom. They were happy times.
