The Nightmare

A scene from the song/video Gypsy Girl (Madman's Love Song) representing a time when I felt that my mind had finally tipped over into the realm of insanity from sustained grief coupled with incessant nightmares that I felt I couldn't escape from. For me, sleeping was more about just staying awake at all costs until my body eventually collapsed into unconsciousness. I looked like a wretched old man, despite being in my mid to late 20's at the time.
